How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Send a written notice to dmca@summertimesaga.us.com that includes the following six elements. Notices missing any of these elements may be returned for completion before we can act.
1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work
A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works on a single page, a representative list is acceptable.
2. Identification of the Infringing Material
The exact URL of the page containing the alleged infringement, plus a description of the specific material on that page (text excerpt, image, etc.) sufficient for us to locate it.
3. Contact Information
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Signature
Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
What Happens Next
Once we receive a complete notice:
- We acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours.
- We review the notice for completeness.
- If valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material.
- We notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) of the takedown.
- The original poster may submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was in error.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@summertimesaga.us.com with:
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error or based on misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringer Policy
We terminate access for repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" is a user against whom multiple DMCA notices have been filed and substantiated. We track infringement reports and act on patterns of abuse.
Misrepresentation
Filing a false DMCA notice carries legal liability. Section 512(f) of the DMCA imposes liability for misrepresentation. Submit notices in good faith only.
Other Concerns
If your concern is not a copyright issue (for example, content that violates community standards or the developer\'s policies on character age), report it through the standard contact channel. We handle non-copyright reports separately and treat them with the same urgency where appropriate.
